Signe Zoller, President/Winemaker
A pioneer in the wine industry, Signe Zoller has created a name for herself, not only because she is a female winemaker in a predominantly male trade, but also because her innovation and drive have established her as one of the notable winemakers in California. Sought after as a wine competition judge and guest lecturer, Signe also finds time to contribute her community serving as past president of the American Society for Enology and Viticulture, a past president of the Paso Robles Vintners and Growers Association, and as a previous board member of the Santa Barbara County Vintners Association and the Central Coast Winegrowers Association. Her extensive knowledge of winemaking started at Kendall-Jackson winery in the 80's when it was only a six-man operation. From there Signe moved on to lead the winemaking at Meridian Vineyard with founding winemaker Chuck Ortman. Her wines have won numerous awards including Best of Show awards at the Long Beach Wine competition, the Monterey Wine competition and two at the California State Fair.

Amy Butler, Winemaker
Amy Butler is an award-winning winemaker for Edward Sellers Vineyards and Wines in Paso Robles (named by the Wine Spectator this year as one of the 10 emerging Rhone producers in California) She helps Zoller Wine Styling and other clients as her time permits. She has a degree in Fermentation Science from the University of California at Davis. Her past winemaking experience includes Schramsberg, Chalone, Staggs Leap Wine Cellars, Martin Weyrick, Summerwood and Peachy Canyon. One of the most popular winemakers in the area, Amy is known for her wry wit and straightforward style. Her wines are delicate expressions of the Rhone fruit with which she works, elegant, supple and consistently appealing.
